Program Acquisition Specialist


Visual Connections, LLC is seeking a Program Acquisition Specialist. This individual will need to be an expert in the Information Technology (IT) Acquisition process and its milestones, analyzing a variety of source documentation, and with knowledge of acquisition support documentation.

Minimum Experience:

  • Have 5 years’ experience in program management of technically and functionally diverse and complex IT programs.

  • Expert knowledge of DoD 5000 Acquisition series.

  • Experience managing programs through the DoD 5000 milestone process.

  • Have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.

  • Have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.

Required Experience:

  • Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, government preferred requirement.
